Welcome to Quran Bot +! By inviting Quran Bot + to your Discord server or interacting with its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Quran Bot + ("the Bot"), you confirm that you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and agree to comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Bot.

2. Description of Service

Quran Bot + provides educational, informational, and spiritual tools for Discord users, including:

• Fetching and displaying text from chapters (Surahs) and verses (Ayahs) of the holy Quran.
• Joining user voice channels to play audio recitations of the Quran by various reciters.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

When using Quran Bot +, you agree NOT to:

• Attempt to abuse, spam, overload, or exploit the Bot's commands or voice streaming features.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to compromise the operational integrity of the Bot.
• Use the Bot for any illegal activities or in violation of Discord’s official policies.

4. Service Availability & Modifications

• Availability: Quran Bot + is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to maintain high uptime, we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.
• Updates: We reserve the right to update, modify, or temporarily suspend features for maintenance, bug fixes, or improvements without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developers and operators of Quran Bot + shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Bot.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or block specific users or Discord servers from accessing Quran Bot + if they are found to be violating these Terms or abusing the Bot's infrastructure.
