Data Handled:
- Discord Identification Numbers: We process Discord User IDs, Guild (Server) IDs, and Channel IDs purely to route commands, determine active voice channel connections, and track temporary playback states.
- Temporary Server Settings: We may store basic preferences (such as a server’s default reciter or language selection) if configured by a server administrator.
Data We DO NOT Collect or Store:
- No Message Content: We do not read, store, or log raw chat messages or message history.
- No Voice Audio: We stream audio to your voice channel. We do not listen to, record, or store any audio spoken by users in voice channels.
- No Personally Identifiable Information (PII): We do not collect names, email addresses, payment information, or IP addresses through the Bot.
2. How We Use Information
The limited IDs processed by Quran Bot + are strictly used to:
- Deliver requested Quranic text and audio recitations to the correct server and voice channel.
- Maintain your server's selected preferences.
We do not sell, trade, or share user data with third parties.
3. Data Retention & Deletion
- Session Data: Temporary session data (like an active recitation playing in a voice channel) is cleared immediately when playback stops or the bot leaves the channel.
- Data Deletion Requests: Server settings are automatically cleared if the Bot is removed from your server. Users or server administrators can request immediate manual removal of any stored settings by contacting us.
4. Third-Party Services
